As stated in the tournament rules, any one who is part of the staff will automatically have a single character entered in the next SSBOC. If they are helping out, then they deserve to at least be in the fun.

Also, with each new tournaments, new artists will be gathered each time.

profile helpers - for people who are can write semi-well. help people who want to write a good profile for their character, THIS DOSE NOT MEAN YOU HAVE TO WRITE THE ENTIRE CHARACTERS PROFILE THOUGH! You will only be asked to lend a hand.

Profile art helpers - for people who feel that they can not draw their character the way they would like. The people in this group will offer their art services to someone who asks the for help. You will only be asked to draw a simple full character image, based on the description that person gives you. for example, like this: [link] make sure you can get a colored image available (traditional or digital is fine).

Tournament character selectors - these people will look over the list of submitted combatants when the time comes for the next roster creation for SSBOC

Tournament artists: IN NEED OF ARTISTS - people who would be doing the actual art from round to round of the next SSBOC picture tournament! Read each rounds information for more details on each. Each artist will be in charge of the art of certain battle(s) of the round they apply for

The next tournament has been decided as a team battle, and will have 32 people, with 16 teams, meaning that there will be 4 people at a minimum in each picture….a sample of the chart can be seen here: [link]

Round 1 : colored in as green in the sample - these images will be simple poses, of uncolored line art of each of the character. For example, something like this: [link] or [link]

There will be 8 battles/pictures, and art would be split evenly between each person. To be an artist under round 1 make sure you can draw simple uncolored poses like the examples.

round 2 colored in as blue in the sample chart - these pictures will be of simple, yet colored poses of each of the team members who advanced to this round, also the poses will be slightly better. See these for examples: [link] and [link]

There will be 4 battles/pictures in this round, art will be split evenly to each person. To be an artist under this category, make sure you have a good history with drawing characters, and you are able to color them in. coloring is not a big deal in this round.

round 3 colored in as Red in the sample - these pictures will have better character poses and will have a simple Background now. Again, for example, here are some of the last SSBOC images: [link] and [link]

There will be 2 battles and art will again be split evenly. To be an artist in this round, have lots of experience with drawing interesting poses as well as the ability to draw and color in a simple Background. Coloring will need to be better in this round as well.

Final round - this picture is of the final match between the two teams that battled their way! Now we ran into a slight problem in the first SSBOC where two of the characters tied in the semi- finals, and there for had 3 people in the finals when it should have only have been 2. So I don’t really have an example for you to see what will be expected…but try something like this: [link]

Only one battle this time around, and the artists will collaborate on this picture to make sure it is as good quality as it can be! That being said, the image needs to be as good as possible, and will need someone who has lots of experience with great poses and can create detailed Backgrounds and lighting effects.

the crowning of the winners - who ever makes it to the end, and takes the prize will be crowned the team battle winners of SSBOC! They will be given a picture showing just that done to the best of the applied artists abilities

Like the final round, this picture needs to be done very well.
